Anti-Trust Charter

Anti-Trust Charter

At Cargo Nepal Pvt. Ltd., we are firmly committed to promoting free, fair, and ethical competition in all our business activities. As part of our broader commitment to legal compliance, transparency, and corporate integrity, we have adopted and integrated an Anti-Trust Charter into our organizational values, policies, and operations.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward anti-competitive behavior and cartel conduct, and we actively make sure that all employees, partners, suppliers, and collaborators uphold the highest standards of competition law and ethical business practice.

What is a Cartel?

A cartel is any agreement, concerted action, or coordinated behavior among competitors to:

      Fix prices

Divide or allocate customers, markets, or territories

Rig bids or manipulate tendering processes

      Otherwise restrict free competition

Cartels represent the most serious violation of anti-trust and competition laws globally and can lead to significant penalties, including fines, reputational harm, and criminal liability.
